Paid tiers are proposed EUR monthly equivalents on a 12-month commercial agreement. Actual payment frequency, cancellation effects, renewal policy, VAT treatment and refund rules require final approval.

The subscription catalog is a private, non-purchasable staging proposal. Public paid checkout is intentionally disabled pending commercial and legal approval.
Included service
Up to the contracted cap of mutually accepted 1×1 booking coordination services per month. No additional AtNightX booking fee within the allowance. Not a meeting volume guarantee.
Customer-funded costs
Paid advertising, transport, hotels, event tickets and field representatives require a separate itemized quote and authorized spend. Zero-cost digital meetings remain an option.
Premium deployments
Accelerated 1×1 missions and 1×10/1×N events, premium hospitality, venues and execution logistics are priced independently.
Data & consent
Prospect contact permissions, customer segmentation, tenant isolation and audit controls must be validated independently of the billing relationship.
Access after payment
Only provider-confirmed contracts will provision entitlements. Past-due, canceled or unverified orders must not unlock paid services.
